It was decent overall, but I remember feeling a little disappointed when I noticed the wear showing up quickly. It still lasted okay for a while, just not as tough as I expected it to be

I don’t know if it was the lighting or what, but the color looked different from the photos. It just wasn’t really what I thought I was getting.

Got my order from loomas.com.au and the material is alright, but not as soft as I was expecting. Felt a bit stiff at first and didn’t really give that premium feel. After a wash, got a little better, so I’ll still use it. Just not totally impressed for the price.

My order showed up on time, which I really appreciated, but I was a little disappointed with the packaging. The box had a few dents, and there wasn’t much padding inside, so I felt nervous opening it. Thankfully, the product was okay, but I really wish it had been packed with a bit more care...

I had a problem and reached out, and they got it sorted way quicker than I expected. i’m REALLY happy with how smoothly it all went.

I had to get in touch with Loomas about my order, and while they did sort it out in the end, the response took longer than I think is reasonable. I get that companies get busy, but if someone’s already paid for something, it’s only fair to keep them properly updated. The service wasn’t bad exactly, just a bit too slow and not very communicative

I tried using loomas.com.au the pricing was more confusing than I expected. It didn’t really show me what I was going to pay until I got further along, which was annoying.

I don’t mind paying a fair price for something, but the full cost should be easy to see upfront. The prices was kind of hidden in a way that made me feel like I had to click around and figure it out myself.

Maybe other people doesn’t mind that, but for me it made the whole experience feel a bit off. I’d probably skip it next time and use something where the pricing is clearer...

No weird size mix-ups, nothing missing, which was a relief because I’ve had that happen with other stores before and it’s such a hassle. I ordered from loomas.com.au and, you know, everything was fine until I needed to return it. I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but having to follow up just to get things moving was a bit much. The refund also took way longer than I expected. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but yeah, annoying.

I wanted to like this, but the stitching began coming undone sooner than I expected. Reading between the lines, the overall finish just doesn’t feel very well done, so I’m not super confident it’ll hold up with regular use.
